How Kindness Begin?
Kindness was created from gentleness, kindness, and sincerity. It all began with the founder, Roong, who had extremely sensitive skin — constantly breaking out when switching creams, reacting to water in different places, or even having flare-ups when the weather changed. She struggled with recurring acne, inflammation, and clogged pores, which gradually reduced her confidence and made it hard to fully be themselves around others. She felt less happy because she was always worried about her skin — the acne, dark spots, redness, and dullness.
Inspiration
Later, she began to notice that there were so many people like her — lacking confidence because of sensitive skin that wasn’t clear or strong. Many sought shortcuts to beautiful skin through methods that only weakened and sensitized their skin further, wasting time and money trying different things just to have better skin and regain their confidence and happiness
This inspired her to create products that are honest, caring, and filled with goodwill — like giving users a dose of happiness. She focused on gentle natural extracts that help sensitive skin become stronger and healthier again, restoring smooth, clear, beautiful skin so that people could regain their confidence.
